The Office of the President is hiring a full time associate to function as the key executive support role in the Office of the President, reporting directly to David Eisner, Repair’s President & CEO. The Associate is responsible for a wide range of duties that contribute to the health and harmony of the entire organization. This position is based in Repair’s New York office.


  • Support the CEO in being where he should be and doing what he should do, both in the office and on the road, including:
    • Create and manage daily schedule
    • Maintain current task list
    • Prepare travel itineraries
    • Partner with the Development Department to prioritize CEO’s fundraising activities
    • Track, provide updates and, as necessary, manage projects for which the CEO is personally responsible
    • Capture, list, prioritize and advise CEO on all requests for CEO time and attention by staff and stakeholders
    • Ensure the CEO is equipped with appropriate briefings and materials before meetings, travel and events
  • Manage all administrative functions of the department:
    • Record and process meeting notes and next steps
    • Track CEO and department expenses and process payments
  • Draft correspondence to organizational stakeholders and partners
  • Represent CEO to internal and external stakeholders, with particular attention to:
    • Support the Senior Leadership Team by planning weekly meetings and maintaining close, consistent communication with each Team member
    • Serve as staff liaison to the CEO and to the Senior Leadership Team as appropriate
    • Ensure responsiveness, consistency and follow-through with staff and stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
